1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Online Light Show ("the App"), provided by SJP Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Online Light Show for its intended purpose: designing and visualizing 3D lighting shows, fixture configurations, and stage layouts. This license is for your personal or professional use.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or servers
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any part thereof
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

4. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Online Light Show, including show designs, fixture configurations, and stage layouts. Your creative work is yours. If cloud save features are introduced in the future, you will grant us a limited license to store your content solely as necessary to provide the cloud storage service.

5. Intellectual Property

Online Light Show, including its design, code, 3D rendering engine, fixture libraries, features, and documentation, is the property of SJP Apps and is protected by intellectual property laws. The SJP Apps and Online Light Show names, logos, and trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Fixture Data

Online Light Show may include fixture profiles or data for lighting equipment manufactured by third parties. All third-party trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners. Inclusion of fixture data does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with any equipment manufacturer.

7. System Requirements

Online Light Show requires a WebGL-capable browser or compatible desktop environment. Performance depends on your hardware, including GPU capabilities. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, browsers, or operating systems.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT 3D VISUALIZATIONS WILL EXACTLY REPLICATE REAL-WORLD LIGHTING CONDITIONS. THE APP IS A VISUALIZATION TOOL AND SHOULD NOT BE USED AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR SAFETY-CRITICAL LIGHTING DECISIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SJP APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF SHOW FILES OR DESIGNS DUE TO BROWSER DATA CLEARING, DEVICE FAILURE, OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Data Backup

Show files are stored locally in your browser or filesystem. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your work. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from browser cache clearing, device failure, or other circumstances.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SJP Apps from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Online Light Show at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. You may also terminate your use at any time by ceasing to use the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
