By downloading, installing, or using GlowFrame ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and SJP Apps ("we," "our," or "us").

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. In-App Purchases

GlowFrame offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not handle payment processing directly.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos you take or import using the App. All photos are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to any server. You are solely responsible for the content of your photos and for ensuring you have the right to use any images you import into the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, code, and content, is owned by SJP Apps and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

7. User Data

All data you create within the App (projects, photos, settings) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including photos, resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other causes.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SJP APPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE LOSS OF PHOTOS OR PROJECT DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR ANY IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SJP Apps operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
