By downloading or using DriftOff ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

DriftOff is a sleep and relaxation sound mixer. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Subscriptions

DriftOff offers optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases, processed by Apple through the App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Not Medical Advice

DriftOff is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Binaural beats, isochronal tones, and solfeggio frequencies are provided for relaxation purposes only. Scientific evidence for brainwave entrainment is limited and mixed. Consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

Safety Warnings

• Do not use DriftOff while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks requiring full alertness.
• If you have epilepsy or a history of seizures, consult your doctor before using brainwave entrainment features.
• Keep volume at a comfortable level to protect your hearing.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including sounds, user interface design, and code, is owned by DriftOff and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriftOff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
