1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CrewDash ("the App"), provided by SJP Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CrewDash for its intended purpose: crew management, scheduling, and coordination for live events and productions. This license is for your personal or organizational use only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to CrewDash, including schedules, show data, messages, and profile photos. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the service.

6. Intellectual Property

CrewDash, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the property of SJP Apps and is protected by intellectual property laws. The SJP Apps and CrewDash names, logos, and trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

7. LoRa Hardware

If you use CrewDash with LoRa hardware, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable radio frequency regulations in your jurisdiction. SJP Apps is not responsible for any regulatory violations resulting from improper hardware use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. LORA COMMUNICATION IS SUBJECT TO ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS AND IS NOT GUARANTEED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SJP APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SJP Apps from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CrewDash at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. You may also terminate your use at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
