This data never leaves your device except when transmitted via Bluetooth to your ESP32 bridge hardware for the purpose of programming your radio. It is never sent to us or any third party.
5. Permissions
- Bluetooth: Required to communicate with the ESP32 bridge hardware for radio programming. Bluetooth is used solely for this purpose and no Bluetooth data is recorded or transmitted externally.
- Local Storage: Used to save your channel configurations and frequency lists on your device.
6. Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data. There are no third-party services, SDKs, analytics, or advertising frameworks integrated into BaofengLink.
7. Data Retention
All data is stored locally on your device and persists until you delete it or uninstall the app. We have no ability to access, retrieve, or delete your data because it is never transmitted to us.
8. Children's Privacy
BaofengLink does not collect personal information from any user, including children. No age restriction applies to the use of BaofengLink from a data privacy perspective, though users should comply with applicable radio licensing regulations.
