How do I start a fast?

Select a fasting plan from the home screen and tap Start. The timer will track your progress in real-time with fasting phase indicators.

How do I restore my subscription?

Go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. This will restore any active IronFast Pro subscription linked to your Apple ID.

Is my data private?

Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings on your iPhone > Apple ID > Subscriptions > IronFast Pro > Cancel.
