For Viewers
We collect minimal information from viewers:
- Standard web server logs: IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps. This is standard for all web services and is used for security, abuse prevention, and basic service operation.
We do not require viewers to create accounts or provide any personal information to watch streams.
For Broadcasters
If you create a broadcaster account, we collect:
- Email address: Used for account creation, authentication, and service communications
- Stream configurations: Your streaming settings, stream titles, and related metadata
- Account credentials: Securely hashed passwords (we never store plaintext passwords)
Camera Access
Broadcasters must grant camera access to stream video. Camera access is used solely for live streaming via WebRTC. Video streams are not recorded or stored by our platform. Streams are transmitted in real time to viewers and are not archived unless the broadcaster uses a separate recording solution.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the streaming service
- To authenticate broadcaster accounts
- To communicate with broadcasters about their accounts and service updates
- To monitor and prevent abuse of the service
- To maintain service security and integrity
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information only in the following circumstances:

Advertising
360 Streaming does not display advertisements.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. Broadcaster account data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption practices. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Server logs are retained for a reasonable period necessary for security and operational purposes. Broadcaster account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

- Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable
Children's Privacy
360 Streaming is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
